Room felt cozy but navigationally tight.

I had a great five-night stay! The bed was super comfy, and my Studio room was just the right size. The location was fantastic, with lots of food and drink options nearby. The check-in was seamless, especially since I arrived late. I'd definitely come back! 😄

This place is wicked convenient, right near the heart of everything. Room was clean with a decent kitchen, but man, could it get cozy! Shoutout to Ryan and Ed for being solid, always ready to help. Plus, the AC was a lifesaver after the humid days out. I miss that vibe already!

Man, the mobile app check-in was a game changer! No long queues, and once inside, the room was super clean and cozy. The added Apple TV made those late-night shows worthwhile, let me tell you! Cora and the rest of the staff were right there when I needed help with my digital key, which was a huge relief.

Wasn't exactly dirt cheap, but you get what you pay for. so it was acceptable.

This created frustration, especially for those of us who aren’t as tech-savvy and needed assistance.

The location was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed being just a short walk from Clarke Quay and loved exploring the vibrant area. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even better.

I stayed in a Studio (No Window) for 1 night and it was surprisingly comfy! The layout took a moment to get used to, but the bed was cozy and perfect for a solo traveler. Also, the kitchenette was handy for a quick breakfast! Just a heads up, it might feel a bit tight if you’re not alone.

The team, including Ryan and Ed, were always responsive and helpful whenever I reached out via WhatsApp. Plus, the laundry facilities were a real lifesaver!

but the check-in process took a bit long. we really enjoyed how the staff provided us with an adapter for our devices and were always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. also, the room was bigger than I expected! the location's great, super close to the subway and fun attractions.

The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the MRT station, making it easy to explore the area. The studio room was modern and clean, with a very effective air conditioning system. However, the shared bathroom setup might be a challenge during peak times, as only one toilet and two showers accommodate a large number of guests. Breakfast was adequate with cereal and toast, but more variety would enhance the experience.
